  • This year we have 7 types of challenges:
    • Remote challenges - a.k.a regular CTF (easy-hard), prize awarded.
    • Agent X Adventure - physical challenge on site (easy-medium), prize awarded.
    • Hunted House - physical challenge on site (easy-medium), no prizes, just for fun.
    • Hardware CTF - physical challenge on site for those who purchased badges only (easy-hard), prize awarded.
    • Hack The Cloud challenge - Maybe next year...
    • "Zero Knowledge" \ "Treasure Hunt" challenges (on site) – juniors this is for you! - no prizes, just for fun.
    • A day in the life of an architect - Simulation local tabletop exercise
    • Lockpicking \ Brain Teasers
  • * Remote CTF

    • Start: December 7th 2025, 18:00 (Israel Time)
    • End: December 9th 2025, 23:59 (Israel Time)

    * On-site

    • Will take place on the 11th, from 09:00-16:00
    • The local CTF will be held at the upstairs gallery!

    Registration

    The Remote CTF is played on the CTFd platform, you will need to register yourself and join a team in order to play (you can be a member of a single player team)

    The Local CTF is played on the CTFd platform for no score / low score.


    Rules and Guidelines:

    1. We only allow physically present individuals or teams to claim a prize
      • The winning team will get a collective prize which will be shared between the team participants.
      • Make sure a member of your team is in the announcement ceremony!
      • Only in person members will be eligible In a case of an additional personal trophy
      • Each team may include up to five participants (only for the remote CTF), a team can have more participants but only 5 will be awarded
      • The winners will be contacted via the email registered at the CTF Website - Use a real / active email !
      • This is a game, play fairly - we reserve the right to disqualify participants (and we came pretty close to do that in the past)
    2. The prize for the local challenges is personal.
    3. We usually keep the challenges alive for a couple more days after the event to enable write-ups

    Do I have to be a member of a team to participate?

    No, you can register as a team of one member

    Is the CTF aimed at beginners?

    Some of the challenges are at the beginner level, while others are at the expert level. Try starting with the lower-scored challenges and work your way up. Moreover, this year we have a special Zero-Knowledge / Treasure Hunt challenge, and there are many entry-level challenges in the other local tracks (Agent X Adventure, Hunted House, etc.).

    Are there binary exploitation challenges in the CTF?

    yes. yes there are.

    When does registration end?

    Registration for the main contest remains open until the contest ends, but you can still try the challenges for one week afterward. There will also be additional challenge paths on the platform besides the main contest, so you can register for those as well until the end of the conference.

    What is the flag format?

    The valid flag format for the remote challenges is: "BSidesTLV2025{...}" For Agent X Adventure you'll get a secret words to unlock missions.

    Will you release the code/containers/VM after the CTF

    Yes, plan to release our entire repo
